Hi Chris,

On our Braille Institute web page, the OnMouseOver links change the way the 
link looks in terms of print and color as well as changing a picture.  For 
example, the link to Library Services might first have a general photo, and 
then change to a library scene.  Big deal.  Nothing else gets changed, so 
JAWS will not tell me what has been changed.  ZoomText did, but that's only 
special to a large print user or a sightling.  So it goes.
