I installed a piece of software to gain access to a chat room where I wanted to
hear a speaker. Since I installed it, everytime I press the windows key I get
the message, "New software installed." Also, when I went into the chat room
Jaws kept telling me different percentages, making it hard to hear the speaker.
Is there a way to get rid of both of these annoyances? Thanks, Judith
