Dave,

That 800 number is *only* for sales and such. Generous FS does not offer a
toll free number for support.

Sorry, Bill. I just tried that number. It gives access to orders, SMA,
Accounts Receivable, etc. It gives the web site for support and offers the
number 727 803-8600 for support.

Vic,

I don't know of any toll-free number for support. It's 727 803-8600. Have
you tried support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in the meantime?

Sorry to hear about your authentication issues. Are you perhaps changing any
hardware, such as hard drives, or PCI cards?

Subject: Win7 & authorization

Does FS have an 800 number for tech support? The only 800 number I have is
for sales.

I think FS has a long way to go yet with support for Windows7. I keep having
to authorize this thing and it happens with the slightest change I make. I
just uninstalled MacAfee andit gets unauthorized and the video chain gets
broken and only a system restore will fix the video intercept. I run the
jaws install and choose repair and it doesn't fix the problem. Any help for
win7 users on what to do about this.

thanks

Vic
