Vic, I don't know of any toll-free number for support. It's 727 803-8600. Have you tried support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in the meantime? Sorry to hear about your authentication issues. Are you perhaps changing any hardware, such as hard drives, or PCI cards? The only 800 number I have is for sales. I think FS has a long way to go yet with support for Windows7. I keep having to authorize this thing and it happens with the slightest change I make. I just uninstalled MacAfee andit gets unauthorized and the video chain gets broken and only a system restore will fix the video intercept. I run the jaws install and choose repair and it doesn't fix the problem. Any help for win7 users on what to do about this. thanks Vic
