hi Chris,
i think the info that you provide is wrong.

there is three different key stroke for reply in OE.

1. ctrl+R: this keystroke is to reply only. if that email is a private email,
this keystroke will reply back to the sender.

2. ctrl+shift+R: this keystroke is reply to all. meaning that if you received
an email from a list, if you hit this keystroke, you
will reply back to the sender and will send a copy to the list also.

3. JawsKey+shift+R: this keystroke added in by FS start from jaws 7.10. this
keystroke is to reply directly back to the sender if
you received and email from any list, but again, its depends to the setting set
by the list owner.

so, in Roger's case, he is using jaws 7.0, FS did not added the keystroke to
the reply directly to sender script in jaws 7.0. he
need to add in manually.

Allan Wong

Hello Roger.

The Jaws keystroke to reply to sender using Jaws for Windows 7.0 is "insert
+ control + R" if you are using Jaws for Windows version 7.1 or later the
keystroke is "insert + shift + R". You must have the message you are
replying to open for this key stroke to work.

I hope this helps.

Chris.

Subject: Reply to sender

Hello everyone,

First of all, Thanks Judith, Adrian and Yardbird for getting back to me.
I'm going to write below what is happening with all of the suggestions.
Hopefully I'm missing something simple.
When I replied to Judith, I used the Control Shift, R keystroke.
Unfortunately, the message was sent to the list.
When I do the Insert, shift, R keystroke. I get a ding. I'm guessing this is
because, I'm using Jaws 7.0.
When I have a message open, and I do a Control R, and start tabbing down to
see the original senders address, the size of the message starts to change.
Either way I try, I can't get jaws to say, replying directly to Sender.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks again for all of the help.
It's much appreciated.

Roger Bachelder
