hey Roger lets give this a try. Hit insert f2 and down arrow to key board manager. You will hear it say outlook express 1 of 92 or something like that. tab once and you will be in a list of the keys and what they do. hit the letter r and you will hear some read commands. then down arrow and see if you find reply directly to sender. It should say what key combination makes it work. If it says "none" then we have to create one and I am not sure how to do it. I just did it once and was able to do it by tabbing around. But someone else can tell us how to do it. Lets just see if you have a key stroke listed there.

Hello everyone,

First of all, Thanks Judith, Adrian and Yardbird for getting back to me.
I'm going to write below what is happening with all of the suggestions.
Hopefully I'm missing something simple.
When I replied to Judith, I used the Control Shift, R keystroke.
Unfortunately, the message was sent to the list.
When I do the Insert, shift, R keystroke. I get a ding. I'm guessing this is
because, I'm using Jaws 7.0.
When I have a message open, and I do a Control R, and start tabbing down to see the original senders address, the size of the message starts to change.
Either way I try, I can't get jaws to say, replying directly to Sender.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks again for all of the help.
It's much appreciated.

Roger Bachelder
