Hi Jerry
Again man, I believe you are safe just deleting everything in the temp 
folder. The modem driver file is in there, I believe, and that's what it's 
looking for, instead of the original jaws setup.exe file. So just go in 
there and do a disc cleanup and have it delete everything in your temp 
folder, downloaded programs and everything else it can clean and then you 
can try installing JAWS again.
Trust me this is safe to do, since the temp folder is just that, kind of a 
temporary holding place for installed programs and such things.
After they're installed you don't need them, so deleting them is safe.
