To add something to something already on the clipboard is called 
"appending". to append something to what is already on the clipboard press 
windows key + c. Jaws should say something like "Appended selection to 
clipboard" or something similar, depending on your verbosity level.

Keep in mind that once you use the append function, the next time you use 
the copy or cut command, jaws will display a dialog box asking you to 
confirm that you wish to overwrite the contents of the clipboard. You will 
need to press the space bar or enter on the yes button (which should be the 
button with focus) or just press the letter Y.
