Hi,
With all due respect, I beg to differ with Bruce's view that support isn't a
valid topic. If one is having trouble getting the help one needs, FS
management should be contacted about it, but, we as end users have a right,
indeed an obligation, to alert other users, new or otherwise, that support
may at times be an outstanding issue and this is a good forum in which to do
it.
