As things presently stand, the subject of how FS does things is not in accordance with the rules. This could change. The only reason I hesitate in this regard is that these things tend to very quckly degenerate into why-I-love-FS or why-FS-is-the-embodiment-of-evil sessions where people just vent. It's the same thing as discussing why the recording industry is so terrible on the PC-AUDIO list. Jeff doesn't stand fo that because of what the discussions degenerate to, and I am adopting a similar policy here for a similar reason. I understand your point, and as I said this policy *may* change when and if I can find a proper way to implement such a change.
