If a problem is affecting you, then FS should know about it. As a customer,
you have the right and responsibility to report any possible issues,
regardless of whether or not they're happening to one person or a hundred
people.

things like this Outlook Express crashing, it happens to some of us yet not
to others. I thought it was widespread problem because so many were
reporting it, but when I tried it yesterday everything worked fine for me.
so how can they fix problems like that if they aren't universal? like, I'm
having a problem with the gmail site, but I'm not sure if I should report it

because I feel like I'm the only one who is having that problem because when

I mentioned it here no one else seemed to report the same issue. so I feel
that if I report it nothing will get done, because it's probably specific to

me. if that makes sense.
