Hi Patricia,
Iunderstand and felt the same way, but FS told me that they can't fix a
problem that no one reports. This OE problem that me and John have is a
rare issue FS told me, but they have been working extremely hard to fix this
problem for me. I'm not going to become a FS cheerleader but am just
passing on the message they gave me for others on this list. Report your
problems with 7.1 directly to them and not just here on the list.

things like this Outlook Express crashing, it happens to some of us yet not
to others. I thought it was widespread problem because so many were
reporting it, but when I tried it yesterday everything worked fine for me.
so how can they fix problems like that if they aren't universal? like, I'm
having a problem with the gmail site, but I'm not sure if I should report it
because I feel like I'm the only one who is having that problem because when
I mentioned it here no one else seemed to report the same issue. so I feel
that if I report it nothing will get done, because it's probably specific to
me. if that makes sense.
