Hi, Katherine. I agree with you. I'm so greatful to my parents helping me
get Jaws and being so supportive whn I told them I wanted to learn to use
the computer. The first computer I had was donated to me by a place in
Texas. I took some computer classes and now I'm just finishing up one at
Cyprus College where I go on Mondays. I recently upgraded to windows xp.
My nephew built this computer for me and it has worked quite well.
As far as Freedom Scientific, I can't say I've really had a problem with
them not being there for me when I've had questions regarding Jaws or
something related to Jaws. I tried using window-eyes and it was quite hard.
That was the program I had on my first computer--butt it was the demo
version.
Just thought I'd add my comments.
Rosemarie

I agree with you, I too am extremely grateful for the ability to have Jaws
and to be able to use the computer. I am a relatively new user, less than a
year, but it has made a big difference in my life.
