It doesn't work in my XP pro sp3 and jaws 11.
I don't have explanation. But in the voice adjustment dialog, there is no 
volume slider for eloquence profile. For sapi5 the volume field is there and 
it makes me believe that it works for sapi5 voices only. Don't know about 
sapi4.
