Arrow your way down the list. If the item says "checked" it will be
removed. If it says "unchecked" and you want to remove it, push the
space bar. (or alternatively, if it's checked but you want it
unchecked, again use the space bar.)

: I'm sure this won't solve your problem, Paul, but it's worth doing a
: disk clean up.
: Go to My Computer, select your hard drive then do alt-enter to get
: properties.
: Select disk clean up, hit enter then wait a minute or so for it to
check
: everything.
: You'll then get a list of all the stuff you might want to remove. Go
: down the list, selecting any you want with the space bar then push
: enter. This will get rid of all the temporary files. As for cookies,
: follow Dorothy's instructions if you like... I'm sure there's another
: way, but can't think of it.

: software, however if you described your Spam to your ISP and they
: mentioned
: seeing an Engineer they may be right.
