JAWS 2023 is working great on my Lenovo Idea Pad 3.

I can't recommend a particular model but I suggest getting one with a lot
of RAM for Jaws to have ample room to work. The minimum RAM at this point
should be 16GB. For additional performance you might consider one with a
fast 2D video card.
