From what I have read there is the ability to use it free if your just going
to be using it a few times a month to look at and fix a friends computer its
only if you're a computer Tec and using it all the time to work on peoples
computers I do not have the info of how many hours a month you can use it
free but as I said it could be very useful if your helping a friend out now
and again have a listen to the pod cast and see what you think that is where
I heard that it is to be free for occasional use hope I am right

Hi Hugh.
While I agree it is a good idea, I understand that there will be a charge
for this facility where you pay per connection if you want to use Tandem
over the internet or you pay a fixed one off fee to use it on your own
network.
Freedom Scientific give nothing away that is for sure!
