There is a thing called tandem with the new jaws ten beta and it works a
dream you can take over someone's computer and work on it for them sorting
out any problems that they might have and likewise someone can do work on
your computer I tried it out last night and I think its great only thing is
you both need to be using jaws ten but from what I can see you can run jaws
ten as a demo and still get the use of tandem looks like jaws has come up
trumps for once lol

I heard from a friend that a special feature in Jaws ten is the Remote
access which enables Jaws Users to help each other. I think it was on a
Podcast, has any other person heard this?
