Marie,
I'm not saying Christopher's method is incorrect, but I would have gone
about it in the following way:
from within IE, go to 'Tools, Options. Tab into the General Property sheet,
which is what you first land on from within this multi-page dialogue. Press
ALT + F for the 'Delete Files Button. You will be asked to confirm, so just
hit enter. Note, that you can also elect to delete all offline content.
Finally, Press enter to Activate the last OK button, and you will be
returned to your page ready to browse.
