Hi the solution is very good and effective I got this tip from a very well
none trainer.
It also stops jaws from running sluggish which is a very common problem.

that solution seems like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. Nor would
it stop the CT Helper message coming up on start-up, which is what this

Hi Marie,
To clear the cash, do the following.
Tap the windows key this will bring you up the start menu.
Hold down the alt key, and then press the enter key this will get you on
to
the task bar page.
Hold down the ctrl key and press tab this will go to the start menu
page.
press the tab key until you here customise button.
press enter.
press the tab key until you here clear button.
Press enter.
after that has done, tab again and press enter on the ok button.
Tab again until you here the ok button again, and press enter.
The above actions will clear the cash and make jaws much faster as there
is
know rubbish on the memory.

There is also another couple of things that can help the performance but
won't go in to that yet, but if you want me to talk you thru them then I
will be more than happy to do so.
