I also thought it worthwhile the comment that there a number of resource
pages that the NGTvoice.com website, including:

downloads- http://ngtvoice.com/products/software/tandt/downloads.htm

Technical support information-
http://ngtvoice.com/products/software/tandt/support.htm (admittedly needing
an update)

Then a host of pages related to J-Say and other T-Ware technologies-
http://ngtvoice.com/products/software/tandt/j-say/

I agree with Brian's suggestion that you procure your Dragon and related
T-Ware technologies from the same vendor if possible; certainly NGT, Inc.
can provide you with Dragon and T-Ware technologies directly if that is your
preference, as well as providing copies of documentation, etc. I saw that
Brian had indicated that they should be able to get you documentation within
24 hours, I anticipate that Pace Arko will be here in our corporate office
in the next couple of hours and I will request that he also post copies of
the J-Say Pro 8 .1 documentation at the download site if it's not already
there. -ed.

Hope our American friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday :-)

Hi

You shouldn't need to remove J-Tunes, no.

In terms of J-Say 8.1, I can get you a link and the documentation within the
next 24 hours.

I suggest you contact your Dragon reseller from wherever you obtain the
original product in order to purchase your upgrade to Pro 11.

Best Wishes:

Hi,

No I do not have any user guide nor do I have a copy of J-say 8.1 I only
have J-say 8.0 with an update that I downloaded in October.

So could you set up a link for downloading the right software and
documentation?

Where is the good place to buy an update of DNS to V. 11? Knowbrainer or
somewhere else?

Do I need to remove the J-tunes scripts prior to installing J-say? I have
only added RealSpeak solo direct voices and the J-tunes in the folder so
far.

Hi

The changes are minimal. If you have J-Say 8.1, you should also have
documentation which lets you know precisely which changes are to be made. Do
you have that please?

Hi Brian,

The new DLL fixed the error message at startup. I have not installed the
J-say yet, but is there any changes that need to be made to Windows 7 or the
MS office 2010 before the installation like with XP and previous versions of
MS office?

Kind regards

Hi Arne

First lets address the Dragon problem. At what stage please are you getting
this error, when you start the Dragon program? Can you please send the exact
error to us?

Secondly, J-Say 8.1 functions with Office 2010. You would need Dragon V11
for that.

Thanks.

Hi,

I have just got myself a Windows 7 machine. When the Dragon 10.1 was
installed I got a dll error saying that I needed to restart the computer or
reinstall the software again. Have anyone else got this? Is there several
dll versions related to dragon for V 10.1

I downloaded the DNS install file directly from Nuance before installing it
on the computer.

When I restart the computer I keep getting the same error message again,
have not reinstalled the whole program though.

Will the current J-say version work with office 2010?

Subject: [j-say list] JSay Shortcuts

Hello, All

I am trying to store a contact from a email message I received and can't
seem to get it to work. From an open message, I used the commands "copy
email address", which echoed that back to me, then with the message still
open and also while it is closed "store contact". Which then announced
nothing was copied to the clipboard.

Second, as I tried to delete a shortcut using the command "select a contact
to delete", then selecting the contact from the list then confirm, the
entire list was deleted, Not sure why this happened, but is there a way to
restore this list?

Finally, is there a way to edit an email address for a shortcut that was
stored?

Thanks for all your assistance.

Sandy
