Sorry - I'm not from UK and have an ECC VAT No. Sure, I could claim it
back afterwards but that is much trouble. The idea of having an ECC VAT
No is that you can buy (outside your own country) not paying VAT and
thus not having to hassle with getting it back. But for that to be
possible for the ROM upgrade I need to know how this can be done.
