I cannot use that rule, I mean users could not even print articles from our 
local paper ajc.com, www.georgianavigator.com is being blocked and I saw no 
substrings involved, I am still confused...

Also some websites are hosted on servers that host multiple sites, which may 
also be on the blacklist.
 
By using a dns query tool, I was able to remove hundreds of ordinary sites from 
the blacklists before I posted them.
 
 
 
 
Are you saying that ISA is translating names into IP before deciding to allow 
or deny?  If so, this is a major drawback considering web hosting.
