I thought of closing the conversation, however the previous mails mandates
me to respond.
Serving ilugc as for quite some time in the past,arranging
meetings,seminars and expo's thought this list will be reciprocating in
understanding my prerogative of doing program alone or ganging up with a
set of people.

While contact details like phone number cannot be given on the list, for
those people who contributed to FOSS through ilugc or to any fossians, the
details can be given off the list. my plea would be, please give the *email
id* of the HOD in the mailing list, it facilitates many to access the
opportunity.
