[Ilugc] wanted - php and Python trainers

Hi
In the present case the HOD wants it to be jointly organised by ILUGC and
his college. It will be some thing like 'DG Vaishnav College and Indian
Linux Users Group, Chennai will conduct the certificate program'.
Kindly prefix the above content in such deals in future.
It helps a person like me to understand it is regulated by a set of people.
I can stay off the race.
The technical responsibility of providing trainers lies with us, they
will take care of organisational things. That is why we need a pool of
trainers, just in case someone could not make it on any day, an alternative
can be aranged.
I have done many workshops in the past and have seen many situations like
absence of the trainer, tsunami and etc still delivered successful pro
grammes.
