[Ilugc] ext4 vs ext3

Don't bother about GRUB then... Just go ahead creating ext3 file system
and run tune2fs and fsck then mount it as ext4. This should do the trick.

tune2fs -O extents,uninit_bg,dir_index /dev/yourfilesystem

fsck -pDf /dev/yourfilesystem
