Yesterday my niece rang up to me and asked for explanation on various "Project
Titles " for her final Year Engg Project [ B.Tech IT ].
I asked her to go for "open source" projects.
She replied that , the ?seniors? who took the "open source" projects felt it
difficult. They have advised the ?Juniors? to avoid ?Open Source? projects, in
spite of the fact that the ?Head of the Dept.? is interested in ?Open Source?
projects.
My niece also attended 2 seminars on Open Source [ RedHat and Anna univ ]
Is there any ?booster dose? of motivation needed ?.
