[Ilugc] Open Source Projects at Engg Clgs, Fear or Lack of Time

I asked her to go for "open source" projects. She replied that , the
"seniors" who took the "open source" projects felt it difficult.
They have advised the "Juniors" to avoid "Open Source" projects, in
spite of the fact that the "Head of the Dept." is interested in
"Open Source" projects.
AFAIK, the main problem is most of the students are starting the
project only at the last 3 months of the course. Understanding the
basic concept itself takes nearly one month. In rest of the two, apart
from interview etc, they can spent very less time for the project. So
that most of them feel very difficult to complete the FOSS Project.
