I guess the very early versions of Mandrake (1.0 ?) were much faster
and well optimized for old Pentium boxes. I dont know about its stability
though. Again, I would suggest a different web browser opposed to
"Netscape". Infact, Opera is much lighter, feature rich and stable than
Netscape 4 series.
