You can self-subscribe for newspapers via E-mail at the NFB Newsline web
site. Below is the link directly to the subscription page. As long as the
person is already a Newsline subscriber, you can fill out the form at the
following link and you will start getting the newspapers via e-mail once
they've verified your eligibility.

I know this is probably a more tedious process, but what you might try is to
sign up for Daisy newspapers to be sent to you through email. That way, if
the bookshare thing isn't working, you'll have something to fall back on.
