Today was an exception to the problems they have been having. The newsline
phone lines went down last night at about 7PM Eastern time. It effected all
newspapers and the 888 telephone number.
They are back on-line and getting them updated today. I don't know when
they will get over to Bookshare.

I am not getting thenewspapers consistently. I have reported this to
someone at newsline but never heard anything back.
It is frustrating that the problem is taking so long to get resolved.
