Kaye,
I think you should drop a note to:
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
and alert them of the problem. I know your state is a big part of Newsline,
so there is something in the BookShare system that isn't set correctly. Or,
it could be just your account. In any case, write BookShare and I'm sure
they will get it fixed for you.
If they don't, then contact your State Library and see if they can't figure
out what is happening.

Best of luck,
Richard

We keep getting a message that says we live in a state that does not fund
newsline and that all we can have is magazines. Well GA is a funded state so

I am not sure what the problem is?

more trouble than it's worth. I say this because I have heard that
there is some problem with the papapers. Do you get them in email?
I'd rather get them via rss or the web.

Hi,
You can self-subscribe for newspapers via E-mail at the NFB Newsline web
site. Below is the link directly to the subscription page. As long
as the
person is already a Newsline subscriber, you can fill out the form at
the
following link and you will start getting the newspapers via e-mail once
they've verified your eligibility.

I know this is probably a more tedious process, but what you might try
is to
sign up for Daisy newspapers to be sent to you through email. That
way, if
the bookshare thing isn't working, you'll have something to fall back
on.
