[ian-reeds-games] problems with game freezing with new maps

hi all,
i've been working on my operation black web maps, and am running in to
a problem.

for some reason, when i make the map everything is fine, all units are
looking good etc.
when i go to play the map, when it's the enemies turn it takes its
turn, but their are long pauses in between moves and sometimes it take
the song playing to end until the enemies turn ends even though it's
not actualy doing anything.
then, i just made my fifth test map, which is based off of a cia type
escape mission where your trapped without any gear and have to make
your way out.
when i ended my turn, the enemy never took theirs, and 20 to 30
minutes later i had to close tb.
i tried remove unsceen and unexplored to see what was giong on, but
half the units would move then pause, then a unit, pause then nothing.
i took out a duck skill on the most common enemy unit as i thought
that could be the proble, it's just a defense skill like defensive
stance or whatever, but nothing knew happend.
so for the time, my knewest map is unplayable which stinks cause its
mor along the lines of the stuff i am planning for this map pack.
can anyone take a look and see if they can find anything?
note their are a ton of items units structures and more, so going
through and looking at them could help.
the first test map is a map more for aircraft and evasion,
the second i haven't tested much but is a jungle asalt.
the third is an island based mission where you have to make your own
aircraft to counter attack the enemies and then find a way to first
make troops then get them across to the enemy island.
the 4th is a strict aircraft mission, currently undefeatable as it was
intended to test the f29 fighting capability against a mass hord of
r33's.
the last one is a mission where your only character is stuck in an
enemy base and has to escape, first by jumping over traps then finding
eq and using it to escape.
this one is cool, or will be if it ever works as you need fuel to use
a car, a bribe to get cars or units on your side to use them and all
the eq is scattered so starting out you'll be limited.
also i notice that even though i have a capacity on vehicles for
carrying units, more than the capacity of units are able to board and
disembark from the craft, is this a scrip bug?
