It just popped to my mind that I forgot to mention the fact that I've
been using the binary packages all the time. Though, I don't build them
using make bin. The command I've been using is: dpkg-buildpackage -us
-uc -rfakeroot

Bug description:
DNS proxy does not work in Ubuntu precise because dnsmasq has
mandatory and has been integrated in rather interesting way. Note:
fixing this should not affect, e.g., Debian or Fedora.
