Once you have a distro, you can feed as much open/closed source 
projects as you want/can afford - just like RedHat, VA Linux, SuSE, 
etc.

But you can't demand an open-source project to change its licence - 
OBOS doesn't need a distributor, although it may be beneficial for 
their OS.
