I have finally fixed localization issue with KeymapSwitcher. The fresh alpha3 builds are available here:

: /boot/common/bin/KeymapSwitcher ;
because this KeymapSwitcher is not a Desktop applet (it cannot live on Desktop at all) but configuration UI for keymap switcher filter.
