They are usually sold separately, and you have to make sure that they
are compatible. The problem that I experienced is that the plug on the
dongles is usually a 2.5 MM plug, and the jack on the Braillenote is a
3.5 jack, so you need to find an adapter.

So if I understand this right, the audio dongle plugs into the headset
jack on the device, then the bluetooth headset pairs with that. I had
not heard of these audio dongles. Are they readily available? Or perhaps
they'd come as a package with a particular bluetooth headset or small
speaker?
