Are all polar sat's launched from
Equatorial pads?  Why would they have to do that?

Facilities , and its warmer LOL.  Note they are not taking any advantage of 
rotation, I merely said that a polar orbit launch from the equator would give 
the orbiter a  rotational movement around the globe, if the earth indeed had 
movement. I suspected a launch from the pole would not have such shifting, and 
thus should remain on the same longitude..   If the earth continued to spin 
beneath it, then this would appear, I said "appear" to support a rotating 
earth... 

Any mony to build a launch facility on the South pole anybody?
