Depends on the distance, the size of the package and the service you use
at each. I know that the US Post Office doesn't guarantee anything will
get anywhere at any given time (if ever it gets there), and if something
gets lost, you have to wait a long time to wait for it to magically show
up before you can file a claim. With UPS, everything is tracked and if
they lose it, I don't think you have to wait the long time you do with
USPS before you can file a claim.
