[GeoStL] Cache Question

I have looked at this cache,
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=59678 and I cannot find an
area that is public.. It looks like this might be on private land. Is the owner
of the cache also the land owner? I looked at all roads and properties around
the cache and it looks like all farms. Unless you want to hike the seasonal
creek from the Missouri River.. That would be a gentle 60 mile round trip..
