Given the choice of a $200 call or switching, some might do it.  Sounds like
they won't.  If they are paying the monthly fee for it, it might be a free
call to MS.

I've never used MSN Explorer, and the company I work for doesn't use it, so
I am hard pressed to describe it to you. Besides, I was focused on restoring
the application to the point where the clerk could login and get the
functions she is accustomed to. I paid little attention to the other
functions and learned nothing about MSN Explorer in general. I can say for
sure it is different than bare IE7/8.
