You folks really should checkout cpUtil. There are some great tools there
(and documentation! at least a little)
Check it out:

Hi all,
Back in the old days when I had a Foxboro to play with I used a tool
called
repa50.
This used the CP workfile (no load change on the CP). You could get
ALL
parameters from ALL blocks. Even from ECB blocks! and then dump it
in a text
file. It took only 5 minutes heavy AW/AP time to do +/-3000 blocks.

Subject: [foxboro] getpars tool
Hi list,
We are using the command getpars to query the CSA database
but
asking for some blocks does=B4nt work. The command we use is:
getpars -UCP0901 -tCIN -mNM0:%-10.10s -mNM1:%-10-10s=20
but, although the command is correct, we got NA for NM0 and NM1.
Any idea?
