It can be done with an sequence block, monitor the Boolean then execute a 
Display Manager command that opens your overlay.  Marcel and Kevin F wrote some 
info on this thread

You may want to add checks to see if the machine is running before executing 
the dmcmd so the sequence doesn't stop if it can not set the DMCMD variable.

Can i have an overlay automatically popup on a certain signal going true ?
Means operator will continue its normal routine work.. Based on emergency 
conditions i would generate a boolean signal... And then based on this boolean 
signal going true, can i have an overlay screen automatically popped up on 
operator screen ??
