Not possible , you have to create a new org for that. the default public folder hirearchy will be visible to all in the same org. any other non mapi public folder tree that you create will be visible thru the owa only.
let me see if we have any tweak. but not sure still..

Another question related to permissions and hosted two companies:
We want create also two company Public Folders under default Public
Folders in Exchange 2003. It will look at like that:
Public Folders
Companies
Public Company_A
Public Company_B

The company employees should list only and only their own Public Folder. And each company employee can create items or subfolder under own ccompany public folder, but he/she can only delete his/her own item or folder.

Cany ou help me about this problem also? Thanks...
