Isolating of two different GALs?

Hi all!
We have Exchange 2003 and created two new different GALs (not default GAL)
for two different organization.
We want that each organization can see only and only its own GAL, noct the
GAL of the other organization.
How can realize it?
The article in msexchange.org "Shared Hosting with Exchange 2003 (Part 1
and 2)" didn't solve the problem.
Any other way?
