Housing Exchange 2000 server on new hardware

Hello everyone :
I have 2 windows 2000 server one is runing as PDC and other DC. The PDC
server is hosting Exchange 2000 and it is compaq old server about 3 yrs.
Now we have new compaq sever that is kind of blad model. I want to move
my PDC and exchange to this new server.
I have followed each and evey steps of Disaster recovery that was on
www.msexchange.org/pages/article_p.asp?id=7 by Will Schmid. But when i
have restarted the server I get NTOSKRNL.EXE error and telling me to
reinstall. After restoring system volume and system partion. After
completing each step it had ask me to restart the server and I have. Am I
doing anything wrong. I am using NTBACKUP to back up my old server and
restoring my new server.
I will appriciate any help and guidunce in such recovery. Thanks a
million in advance.
