Hello Everyone :
Ok I have took follwing action to rebuild the server :
  (1) Using NTBackup I have backed up the old server c drive, System
State and E drive where my Mail box reside.
  (2) Install Windows 2000 Advance server to new machine with proper
drivers
  (3) Attached the backup unit and configure it
  (4) Run NTBackup on new server and restore C Drive (System Drive)
  (5) Again run NTBACKUP and restore SYSTEM STATE
After Restoring it ask me to restart and when I restarted the new
machine I get this error message.

I guess you are using system state from old server and try to restore on
new one. With windows 2003 it's close to impossible due to hardware
changes especially on hard drive. Please give more detailed steps that
you have taken so we can help
