Hi George, somewhat related to the same topic regarding paper size with Juliet 6 Pro... How could I change paper size from 11.5 by 11 to 8.5 11? The reason why I am asking this question is that I have a tractor feed labels from APH that come in 8.5 by 8 size that I'd like to use. Is the tractor adjustable? If so, which size do I need to adjust? Make a copy of it before you go further. Make sure you are not running DBT, and open this file in Notepad. You need to search for the section "Enabling Juliet Pro 60" - which does have the quotes. Go down the file from here about 17 lines to the line which says - Encoding = "display.cpt", "Spanish" Immediately below this, add a line, and insert the following line, noting the two spaces at the beginning. Form "4_in" = 60 x 40 ; SinglePage ; 24 x 10 ; 24 x 10 To explain, "4_in" is what will appear in the Form section of your embosser setup. "60 x 40" means 6 inches wide by 4 inches deep. The two instances of "24 x 10" are the desired and maximum characters per line followed by lines per page. (Keep those the same for simplicity's sake) The 24 x 10 can be varied, but should be fairly close. The full section is shown below. George. (6 inches wide, 4 inches high.) The overall page size is 7 inches by 4 inches, but one of those inches width-wise is for the tractor feed holes. It's not exactly rocket science, but does need to be done with care. If you could tell me exactly what make and model of braille embosser you have, and the size of paper you are considering (please make it clear which measurement is width, and which is depth), I'll do my best to explain how to set this up. The question is, can Duxbury deal with this? I am using DBT 10.6, and the Embosser Setup dialog does not appear to have any degree of flexibility in its paper size options (offering only standard "narrow" and "wide" paper formats), and certainly no way to adjust the length. Will this matter, i.e. if one sets the lines-per-page setting appropriately, will the "form size" chosen make any difference?
