I was out at a fun show with one driving mini last weekend. I got her in
December, started ground driving & she caught on so quick! I got behind
her in Jan. but I think I've only been behind her 5-6 times before I took
her to the show. She just got with the program so quickly & was so calm
about the whole thing, I decided to see what she'd do out somewhere. She
said "oh well, same stuff, different place" and acted like she'd been doing
it forever! She didn't want to pick up the trot as quickly as I (or the
judge) liked in the class so only came in third. We also did barrel racing
& she can do some TIGHT turns! She's going to be for sale as a youth
driving horse & I think anyone that gets her will be well pleased.
