Well, I am using sonar 4, and the driver mode and buffer size fields are on
the advanced page-not the general page. I don't know what to tell you
except to ask: have you looked everywhere in the audio options dialog pages?
Because, on my system, its on the general page of audio options.

On the general page of the audio options dialog, Wave Profiler is the lastthe
button before the OK button. Make sure you're on the general page of this
multi-page dialog, and tab through until you land on wave profiler. Byway, Alt+W is the hotkey for wave profiler. When in the general page, justmentionspress alt+w and that will start wave profiler.
